I think that the time saver is one of the best workouts (all 5 of them) around at the moment. A lot of people (myself included) don’t want to exercise over an hour yet still want an exciting, motivating and body changing workout. The Time Saver for me is just what I was looking for. You get everything from the body blast but in a time efficient manner. I like that! I love the extra takes that aren’t in the actually body blast series and the push-ups in the fist segment (I think?) are a killer. It hurts me so bad (body and ego!) that Cathe and crew can do more than me!!!
