Time for recovery week!!!!

I am burned out!!! Going to finish my rotation for this week, then I'm shutting down, with the exception of Basic Yoga for Dummies!!! I have found myself having to force my workouts this week, a definite warning sign for me!

A good week of gentle yoga, maybe some beach strolls with the Mrs. J-Lo, I should be as good as new for the trip to Cathe's on 9/15.

Good idea Jerry! Last month was the first time I followed a Cathe prescribed rotation for the month. I am TIRED:eek:! Yoga and nice strolls sound really good for this week.

Great idea Jerry - seems like you've had alot of workout going on lately with the RT and your rotations.

Nothing better than a little R & R from hard workouts - strolls and yoga are nice light workouts. :p
