Time for BootCamp Core Only Premix?

I did a quick search and didn't find the answer to this - forgive me if I just didn't look hard enough. How long is the Core Only premix on BootCamp?

I just saw that my BC/ME DVD arrived today!!!! But I don't think I'll be ready to do it tomorrow (ARGH!) - I'm planning on doing BootCamp on Friday - my legs are fried from PlyoLegs this morning - I think it would be stupid to change my schedule at this point. BUT, how about tacking on the Core Only premix after my regularly scheduled GS: Back/Shoulders/Bi's tomorrow? Would that work? I would LOVE to get a tiny taste of this workout!!!!!

Thanks!

m., going CRAZY knowing it's at home, just SITTING there!!!!!

The Core Only premix is 11 minutes. I just did Boot Camp yesterday and my upper abs/obliques are really hurting today.

I love the core only premix. It seems to go faster than 11 minutes. I haven't done it in a while but I'll have to revisit it again soon. Let us know what you think of it.

It ROCKED! I did it this morning after my UB workout (GS: B/S/B) and I LOVED it!!!!! I really liked that it used the medicine ball a lot - I'm really getting into this for ab work, and that it had a lot of oblique work. It moves pretty quickly though - but it was easy enough to manage the first time, so now that I know what to expect, I'm sure it will be trivial to follow immediately from now on.

And I'm REALLY looking forward to the entire BC workout!!!! Friday can't come fast enough for me this week! I have a feeling that I'm going to love this one.

You are so going to love this! Can't wait to hear what you think of the "Terminators" so be sure to let us know. This is definitely one of my favorites. I do the BC Premix without abs and add the abs after...tip I learned from the wonderful folks here :)

I did Core Synergistics from P90X yesterday (I'm in week 4 of the first phase.)What a totally different workout!

I'm really to begin Phrase 2!

I did this today, and had a BLAST!!!! I really thought that it was INCREDIBLY fun, and I got a great workout. The terminators were AWESOME! They reminded me of a combo of prison cell push-ups and plank/iso run on P90X: Core Synergystics - so I caught on immediately! Also, this is kind of funny - when Cathe stopped with the first set, and started with the jumps, I was SO disappointed! I thought "That's it?!? THAT was the dreaded terminators segment?!?" then was REALLY pleased that you just drop back down and do another set. By the end of the second set, I was happy!

I thought that ALL of the blasts were great - had a total ball with them, and I liked everything else as well. This was really fun. I did tack on extra ab work, but I'm on a particularly strong ab kick these days which might explain my desire for it today. And I also then went outside for 300 walking lunges, to really finish off the leg frying. :)

I'm looking forward to doing a killer leg day using the Cardio+Legs premix from this, combined with something else - either start with PlyoX & add on BC: Cardop+Legs(suggestion from HazelP, who did this today, and said it ROCKED!), or start with BC: Cardio+Legs and add on Legs&Glutes, or Leaner Legs, or the floor work from GS: Legs.... Tons of ideas here!

Doh - Diana, sorry I forgot to comment on Core Syn.

Isn't that just FABULOUS! You'll like it even more, the more you do it and learn the moves. I really love this workout.

Good luck with Phase II! It's fun mixing it up a bit - great to add some new workouts with different twists to them. I'm sure you'll love both C/S/T and Back&Bi's! I can't pick my favorite X strength workout, although, I think if you made me, it would have to be Chest & Back.

Congrats on finishing Phase I, and have a ball when you start Phase II!!!!
