I had a C-section 16 years ago and I never thought of getting fit tell the doctors said I had to before I ended up in a wheelchair, so now that I am feeling alot better and starting to get my strength back I am real interested in getting my ab muscles looking great, my upper half is starting to look good but I can't get the lower half to firm up and someone told me once you have a C-Section I will never have a firm abdominal area? is that true? is there something more I can do to get the lower half to match the upper half of my abs?
