Hi all, I did a L&G premix which was again supposed to have abs on it and it didn't (and neither does the same premix on KPC,sigh) so I added the abs onto it. It worked out to be about an hour long so that was good. It was the premix with the combos and the ankle leg work (standing and on the floor). My hip flexor always hurts like the dickens with those leg extensions. :+ After spending most of yesterday in the bathroom I was down 2.5 pounds this morning so that was nice. I am feeling better today.
I am trying something this week, I am doing abs every day and see how that works. Figures it can't hurt. I would have a six pack ab if it wasn't for a layer of fat over top from having 3 babies by c-section and 2 of them being over 10 pounds, . My belly button measurement was down this morning too so maybe it is doing something.
I have run again my usual 5K in the late afternoon. Only this time I did the first 3 as fast as I could (18:11min) then did the last 2 in a slow pace (15:38 minutes).
Today was back to normal after all that scares yesterday.
So... 30 min cardio w/ some interval rowing followed by ME abs and S& H legs.

I did KPC and S&H shoulders. KPC seemed so much easier this time since I've been doing a lot of IMAX lately. S&H shoulders always makes me feel wimpy though. I still use 3, 5 and 8 lb. weights for it.
Hi!...I had a bad PC day yesterday. I had to replace my video card and the one the store sold me was defective, so I had to wait another day! Hate that. Today I did S&H legs, both ab sections from PS and a 4 mile run. Felt great......Carole
