15 min stairmaster -- intense
P90X Chest-Shoulders-Triceps -- second times this week.

HI, I did Slow and Heavy Triceps, All Step abs, and a basic taebo! I will be helping to glue down plywood subfloor later so that will be a workout too.:D

Hi girls....I did a 3 mile run, P90X Legs & Back and CTX shoulders....a bit cooler here which is nice. I picked up another Yoga workout to rotate. Baron Baptiste Power Yoga level 2...I'll try it next week....:)...Carole
