Hello gang!

Where is everybody?

I didn't do yoga from P90X but I did my new Cathe High Step routine -- doing only cardio and upper body sans biceps and back.
Well, it seemed like a total recovery... After P90X it was so very easy! The cardio is OK but the weight part is... recovery.
I also added LL abs only to find myself subbing certain moves from ARX . Oh well. I had a good workout though.

Hi Mari, I did MIC's step segment and then I did abs off of MIS and Body Max. I was actually on the right side of my step for all of the stepping in that tape I was very pleased with myself.:)

I laid in the sun for just over 2 hours today felt really really good!!!:7

I did P90X Yoga and Ab Ripper that i didn't do yesterday...this time, I did all the reps in Ab Ripper!! Even the last 50 mason twists....yes, feeling kinda smug...:)...Carole
