I did a premix off of Legs and Glutes then abs off of Slow and Heavy Biceps and Triceps. I think my problem with working my legs is lunges. For some reason I hate doing lunges all of a sudden. I did the standing premix and left out the lunges ( I always left out the explosive ones) but this time I left out the ones using the 3 pounds weight as a prop.:+ sigh!! I still had to force myself to do the other parts of the workout but it was the lunges that I totally did not do. Anyway I am hoping to order new DVDs soon so maybe more variety will help.

Annette, yes new DVD's should help! I alternate so many of Cathe workouts that I usually don't get bored. I did once read that the exercise that you hate most to do...does the most for you.....for me it's the planks on the stability ball! Speaking of, I did PUB abs, PLB floor legs, MIS Chest and Back, 5 Imax2 intervals alternating with the 5 power cicuits from Bodymax.......Carole

I hate to say it, but I also read that thing about the most hated exercises....
But changes are so good! (Did I say something about P90X?:7)
I did 30 min Nordictrack and P90X Back and Biceps. Again, I really enjoyed the different moves. My back is actually sore this morning!
