Hey Exercise buddies....
What is on the workout agenda today?

I'll start: Today is upper body and floor work for legs. So, My workout choice is ME upper body mix and Pyramid DVD stability ball chapters for legs and abs.
Yesterdays pre mix of KPC/standing L&G work was a toughy! (in a good way.)

PS I noticed that the premix said it had abs in it and there were no abs. I just added KPC abs at the end though.

Well I did all of ME instead today and will do floor legs and cardio tomorrow. I was motivated to do all those leg presses so I did before I changed my mind!
 
Good morning Judy! I got the MIS/Powerhour/Bodymax DVD Tues and have been playing with that one. Yesterday I did the Legs, Biceps and Abs from MIS and the Squats and Static lunges fron Power Hour. Today I need to do some shoulder, tricep and back work. Karen Voights floor leg work from GWW. For cardio a 3 mile run after warming up on my Nordic track. I do like that stability workout for legs, gets mine burning every time! Have fun everyone...:)...Carole
 
Hey Carole how did the legs from MIS and the lunges & squats from PH feel all in one workout? Was it too much on your knees or was it just a great combination?
 
I did MIS first so when I got to Powerhour and all those mega reps...my legs were a bit tired....but I did feel it in my glutes a bit last night...a pleasant soreness. I usually don't experience much knee pain...lucky for me...:)...Carole
 
Since I'm privileged enough this week to be able to workout six days, I did a "light" cardio workout today - the Firm Cardio Killer 2, which is actually a re-release of Power Cardio. Power Cardio was originally part of a three tape set of Firm Cardio, along with Maximum Cardio and Cardio Burn, which they released during the transition phase of Anna selling the Firm, and when Good Times took over production and distribution of their videos. I'm not sure if Power Cardio was ever really released. Anyway ... it's the best of the three, IMHO, and gives me a moderately good cardio workout. It's designed - like most of the original Firms - to be cardio and weights combined, but I use very light weights with this one to keep it cardio.

The rest of this week I have planned S&H/Tri's & Bi's, Imax2, and Cardio & Weights!!

I did PS Strong Legs and Abs today, I took yesterday off pilates just didn't sound appealing to me. Tomorrow I go back to the foot doctor, on a brighter note I did manage to make it through yesterday without my anti- inflammatory but then again I didn't do any exercising either:( . But my heel did start to hurt by the end of the day but not bad.

Oh and on the KPC premix I noticed too that it didn't contain the abs, someone suggested trying the same premix on the Legs and Glutes side to see if they are there, I haven't yet because of my lack of doing cardio at the moment. They did say the abs worked on the other side.:eek: :)

Gotta go and finish cleaning my house, at least I have a floor in my bedroom again, and that tall thing next to the window really is a rocking chair not a catch all:+ and my wardrobe actually closes now :eek: so I have finish all that I have started.:p

Hello gang

Nice workouts everywhere!

Today another cardio day. I started out on my bike, warm up for 10 minutes -- followed by 30 min of Step Blast. I don't know what it is, I just can't get my hr up on the steps. After that 15 min nordictrack (hr was definitely higher) then 15 min LTT (hr back low again) and finish it with 15 min rowing intervals (hr as high as I can get it without a heart attack). :)

Carole, I love PH!!! That is on my Saturday schedule. That DVD is a very good one.
