Hi there....I think today will be S&H legs and abs.....then CTX Biceps and shoulders, and for cardio I thought about alternating one interval from Imax1 and then one from Imax2 til I get tired.......Carole
I did PS Back, Biceps and Abs today and the 8 min. taebo. Tried to go heavier on the biceps (45 pounds to start) but I always have to drop down with each set. So I did 45 pounds to start, then 40 then for the reverse curls I did 35. Not too bad. Weight was back down this morning so that was good.
