Three weeks to see body change??

I've heard you mention something about it taking three weeks for changes to show up in the body and was wondering if you (or the educated crowd) could explain what that means. Do you mean in strength/definition of muscles, or does it apply to more than that? I'm trying to lower my body fat perenctage and lean out and wondered if this applied at all.

I don't know about three weeks, but when you start working out with weights, the first strength gains you'll have are from neuromuscular adaptation (your nerves learn to send messages to the muscles more effectively, and the muscles learn to respond). So you will definitely have strength gains before you see many changes.
