Okay, seems there's a market for this today:)

1. I just found out I'm done at 1 tomorrow afternoon, and then it's a long weekend here - Friday is Canada Day!

2. My DD is no longer ill.

3. I could say this one every day, but honestly, the women on here are unlike any I've ever met. Not only are you all beautiful outside, but you're all beautiful inside too. So there!
 
1. Shelley's daughter is no longer ill.

2. My house is clean (and I'm not the one who cleaned it).

3. I was able to take a lunch break at work today instead of working straight through a 9 hour day!

4. I get to go home in 5 hours and 10 minutes.

2. It's 1:15 & I have worked out once, & cleaned my upstairs.

3. Soon as I'm done w/ my whole wheat pasta, I'm headed to soak up sun and watch my little guys in the pool.

It's humpday - this needs to be "bumped"

Ok.

1. It's better-than-humpday because I'm taking Friday off for a FOUR day weekend - woo hoo!!

2. I'm taking 3 WEEKS off in August/Sept to go to FL (Destin where the sharks are biting - yikes!) then Honduras for 2 weeks with my boy!

3. AND...I'm back on the Cathe wagon (after slacking bigtime last week) with 2 months to get in shape...
 
1. I finally found a segment of time to post!!!
2. I realize EVERYDAY how lucky I am to know you all.
3. I think we have convinced Shelley not to back out of the roadtrip. (Besides, I owe you some HUGS in person!)

1.Thanks to DH our computer is now wormless
2.DS graduation party did not have rain as predicted
3.Our flat tire is fixed (THANK YOU DH!) and nobody got hurt when it went flat on Friday at Midnight with 2 DD and 2 nieces in the car.

2. The landlords finally took down the ugly, dilapidated gazebo in my backyard.
3. I get to see my bf tonight!

2. the renovations on the house are finally underway
3. my little brother has successfully lost over 100 pounds with diet and exercise!

1. I just finished a big task that I've had looming over me for the past couple days. Feels great for it to be done with!

2. Feeling like I'm in synch with my nutritional plan (I don't like using the word diet- lol) in a freshed and natural way.

3. I'm thankful to have this awesomely motivating forum to share my fitness journey! You all fascinate and encourage me every time I hop in. Thank you!

I have a four day wknd for the 4th.

I'm having my very best friends over on Sunday for a cookout and a swim.

My headache of 2 days is finally going away.

1. I'm over the hump! Only 2 hours left in this work day. ;)

2. Shelley's daughter is feeling better! (Did she have fun on her African Lion Safari today?)

3. I resisted TWO sugary temptations today - cookies and donuts this morning, and ice cream bars this afternoon. Whoever had the gall to bring in all that artery-clogging food should be SHOT, but I digress... }(
 
1. I just came back from a fantastic trip to CA for a wedding.
2. I'm going out to dinner with DH and a friend visiting from Seattle
3. I'm having a fun (busy) day at work.
4. Only 15 1/2 days until the RoadTrip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Sophie is feeling better
2. There were new releases IN at the video store.
3. My sons are being quiet in my youngest sons bedroom watching a movie. Perfect time to do Kick Max!!

They are watching a movie. I rented them the fairly odd parents and a scooby doo movie. Should keep them quiet for a little while. They were new releases so I know they haven't seen them. It works once in a while!:)

ETA: plus they have snacks!
 
1. I got a new job got a new job got a new job :)
2. The cortisone shot in my heel is finally starting to work and I'm almost not limping
3. My Vizsla pup is finally (fingers crossed) healed from eating part of her blanket and inflamming her intestins and draining my checkbook and giving me more gray hairs!
4. I FINALLY saw the eye dr. and ordered new glasses after 7 years!

1. I made it through KickMax and I was able to walk up the stairs instead of crawling..LOL!
2. I came home from work and there weren't any dishes in the sink!
3. I am sitting here reading all the posts y'all made today!

1. Shelley's having a long weekend, and her daughter's better, AND she's hit the 2000 mark!

2. I saw a bluejay in our backyard this morning. It's been such a long time since I last saw one.

3. I did PLB this morning, and PUB this afternoon. I know I'll be sorry tomorrow, but I'm having this wonderful endorphin rush.
