Three things - Friday, May 6, 2005

10 years younger! LOL! Here I thought it was experience that created that talent. Maybe it's genetic.

That's not breakfast in bed. That's dessert in bed.

We've been dating for 2 years. Which amazes me b/c I usually start getting bored before I hit one. Yet things have actually gotten better & more exciting. I just don't get it. We get closer every day. We have not had one single argument in the entire two years. Whenever we go out it's like we're the only two people in the room. This is just not natural.

I will admit to one thing though, it's scares the he!! out of me. I mean, really, REALLY scares me.

1. It is teacher appreciation week...lots of spoiling by the parents and students!!

2. I started the fat loss HC rotation and have stuck with it all week!

3. I did #2 and #3 of Stretch Max today and LOVED them both (great to do after I pushed myself in Muscle Max yesterday!!)

Oh cool!! Is this a new BF or have you been dating for a long time?I'll be 37 too and just married the most wonderful guy! When we first started dating, I was thinking, "Are you for real? This is too good to be true!" My ex was nothing like him and I thought all guys were jerks....but he taught me otherwise!!!

Ok, I had to cut in quick with my .02 cents because I was also 37 when I met my current BF (how weird is that - is 37 the magic age or something??). He's also the sweetest thing in the world and makes me feel incredibly special. And after my track record with men, I'm NOT letting this one go!!!

I peeked at all your pictures. You two are beyond adorable!! The sweet way Scott looks at you in those pictures just makes me want to cry - it's so full of love for you! And your mom looks like she could be your sister. The Mr. Wonderful doll cracked me up because I have one at home, too!

OK, you have to tell the story of the Barack Obama picture. What was up with that?!?

Oh, thank you Angie!! That is so sweet!

Okay, Barack Obama was in my home town visiting the downtown area of our little suburb, and DH was driving by and stopped really quick to say hi to him. DH was sicker than a dog that day and was probably out getting cold medicine. LOL! He stopped to say hi to Barack and Barack wanted to shake his hand but DH said, "Let's just bump elbows because I have a bad cold and don't want to get you sick for your big weekend." Barack was going to find out that weekend if he won the election or not and Scott(DH) didn't want to risk giving him his cold. So Barack just laughed, bumped elbows with DH and someone took a picture. A friend was on the Obama for Illinois website and saw the picture and called us up right away. Neat huh???
