1. It's not raining or windy.
2. My house is clean.
3. No rain, wind, sleet or hail in the forecast for days!

The weather in NY has been so awful for so long, that for awhile everyday was an adventure. I felt like I should have been dressed in special outdoor gear instead of work clothes just to walk down the block. I lost several umbrellas for having them break in the wind, and I ruined a few pairs of shoes.
 
1) It's a beautiful day and it will be a beautiful week and weekend!

2) This week is a pay week for me.

3) My B'day is in 17 days and I will be 29 (again).;)

1. I did High Step Training for the first time today and it was TOUGH, but it felt great. (I'm pretty sure there are standing pools of sweat on the living room floor)

2. It's not raining anymore, which means we should be able to plant grass seed on FRIDAY! (DH and I live in a new custom home that currently has mud for a lawn - we want grass soooo bad!)

3. Gas prices seem to have come down a bit in our area (they are still ridiculous, but every little decrease helps).
 
1. I can't wait until this weekend!;-)
2. I NEED to send my taxes in today. They're done but I have to put all the papers together. I'm pretty sure I did it wrong (overestimated) but they'll fix it, right?
3. I did BodyMax this morning. Whew!:eek:
 
I feel a funk coming on (no, not a smell LOL, but one of those "pits" we sometimes mentally crawl into and have a time getting out) so three things postings always seem to help. So here it goes....

(1) I am blessed with wonderful children. They are doing quite well in school and have been making good decisions. They are healthy too.
(2) Blessed with more wonderful children...my pets. Stinky, Pecky and Ms. Pudd who are the greatest and always make me smile.
(3) My house will be cleaned by the end of the day and I will still get my workout in too.

1. I curbed a custard craving last night and just said NO!
2. Even though I was super tired and did NOT want to get up and work out this morning, I dragged myself out of bed and just did an Imax2 premix.
3. My daffodils are blooming and they look beautiful!

Good for you, Charlotte. Keep thinking of all the things you are thankful for, and maybe you can avoid that pit all together. :)
 
I feel funks every so often too, Charlotte. It's good to reflect how good we really have it.

Although just reading your pets names made me laugh! :7 :7 Those are AWESOME names!!!:)

1. The sun is also shining in Ohio! :7

2. I ran about three miles today and after a year-long injury, I can tell you...it felt FABULOUS!

3. God has blessed me greatly! (Wonderful hubby, 2 kids and 2 healthy, happy grandkids.)

4. (Breaking the rules posting 4! ;-))Our new home is ALMOST done and we will be moving on the 26th! Woo-Hooo!

1. I was able to do some early morning cardio today.
2. The weather down here is magnificent.
3. I found workout gloves, leather, with a wrist wrap, at TJ Maxx for $3.99. Can't beat that price.

And here's one more:
4. My son is making himself useful and is shredding his father's junk mail while I'm posting this.:)

1. Had dinner with my Dad last night and we had a great time.

2. My Mom is flying in from California to visit one week from today. Yeah!!!

3. My hubby will be back from his business trip on Friday. I'm making Italian Beef in the crockpot for him. I figure if he gets a homecoming after his business trips, he'll keep coming home!:p
 
1. I made my chile colorado for the first time!!
2.I bought a kite to fly with my son today...super windy this week.
3.I got a new book from Dr. Christiane Northrupp today!
 
1. We got our State income tax yesterday. Not bad and it was the little one! Come on, Uncle Sam. Baby needs a new pair of shoes! I stole that one, I know but extra moola is always a treat even if I didn't realize that until someone else pointed it out.
2. It is so gorgeous outside, I am sitting here hoping it stays like this forever and deluding myself into believing that it can.
3. Shelley. I love Shelley. She makes me laugh. She hasn't made me cry. Yet. :7 She's smart and pretty and funny and makes Cathe.com even better and I didn't think that was possible!

Okay, these can be for tomorrow:

1. Bobbi - because she makes me snort out loud at work so people look at me funny.

2. Angie - because she entertains me ALL day (even if I do keep her from working)

3. A friend of mine took me out ring shopping with him for his girlfriend tonight. The same friend I had to drag back from the edge of suicide 3 years ago. I think marriage is a pretty darn optimistic step for him and I'm SO thrilled!
 
Hi, crazy-girl-Bobbi! I truly wish I had a dollar for every time someone belted out their best (or worst) Mick Jagger impression when they saw me. I could easily fund my Cathe addiction for myself, you, Shelley, Debbie, Uncle Sam, and everyone else on this precious forum!!! :) This is the best place to go for advice, jokes, a smile, a laugh, a sigh, some thinking, good jokes, and great friends.

Bobbi is a treat on this forum
She often writes the most
About positive attitudes and sings song or two,
I wait for her every post

She tells it like it is
and I think that's just so cool
She lifts our spirits with advice and tough love
And reminds us that indeed "Chick's rule!"
