Thoughts on the micro load gloves?

What are your opinons on these gloves compared to the weighted gloves in the walking kit?

I just bought the micro loads tonight and now I'm thinking of returning them to Olympia and getting the walking kit.

Both are 1lb max gloves but the walking kit I think I saw had the closed palm as the others have an open palm.

I'm not going to be a ton of help. But I have the micro loaded gloves and love them w/ STS. I also have Cathe's other gloves and wear those underneath, as she does in the wo. I wasn't sure about the purchase - 1lb. seemed so ridiculous at the time. But now 3 weeks into STS and they DO make a difference. Today I did legs so I just used her regular gloves without the weighted ones on top.

so, the glove only have 1# in them? i thought there were more than one weight and they took them out as needed. and i agree, 1# does make a difference!
