I did Maximum Intensity Cardio this morning for the first time. I almost made it through to the very end! My hair was drenched with sweat and my clothes are soaked. I think this is the hardest cardio I've ever done. I'm pretty new to Cathe, but not to working out, and this was like a whole different level for me. I switched to Cathe for the intensity, but had no idea it would be like this. Be careful what you wish for!!!!!

Wow! You picked quite the workout to start with Cathe. I know I felt exhausted from that one more than anything else. I'm not a big hi/lo fan so I don't reach for it much. Her workouts are something, aren't they?

I just did this last week and actually posted a comment wondering if anyone really EVER finished that one. It was killer!!! I did what I could up until the step portion when she started all over again!! I have done many of her other step tapes, but this one was unbelievable. Good Luck

Yeah I dusted this one off this morning I think b/c of your post last week..........first off, I'd forgotten how long it was & had to stop at the end during the blasts b/c I was already 15 minutes behind schedule!

Anyway, this workout completely kicked my rear this morning. I think it made Drill Max seem easy! Sometimes we forget about the oldies but goodies.......so thanks for reminding me, it felt great to finish this sucker!

I just did this one this afternoon and YES I finished it!!! Was soaked and panting but otherwise feeling great. I also burned 721 calories according to my heart monitor. I had forgotten about the blasts and I groaned when Cathe said they were coming but I gritted my teeth and plowed through them. What a workout!!! I love it!!

Hubby got it for Christmas for me from Dick's Sporting Goods but you can get it at Walmart too and a lot cheaper!!! Made by Polar it has a watch and a chest strap that you clip around your chest. Program it with your weight and height etc... book tells you how and just hit start when you work out it will measure heart rate tell you when you are in your zone and calories burned as as well as a few other things. I love it and use it every day. Hope this helps!!!

MIC is one of my favorites, probably because it wasy my first Cathe workout along with bodymax and MIS. I'm always so relieved when the step portion starts. That hi/lo takes all my energy and I am so ready for the step segment when we get there.

Great job
