Those Freddy Pro601 Shoes

Hi Girls:

A while back I saw where some of you had ordered the Freddy Pro601 shoes. I am thinking about getting a pair and wanted to know your opinion of them. Also, on the Freddy site, they are $104.99. What did you pay for yours? In addition, I want a pair of shoes that look really cute and look good on the feet. Do you like the way that yours look and are they cute? Do they hurt your feet?

RE: not freddy's

The Rykas are not made in wide widths however, right?

I wish I could take advantage of that price, but I need a wide width shoe!

RE: not freddy's

I got Freddys and I am not using them for working out. Shoes are not a good thing to get on line, IMO. The soles are not cushioned enough for me, and the sides seem too flimsy for the kind of support I need.
They do look cool though. Oh and another thing, high rise shoes are not comfortable to do things like lunges, because they dig into the ankles.

But don't let me talk you out of it! :p

RE: not freddy's

Hi Susan,
I buy wide width shoes in everyday shoes, but I can buy Rykas with no problem. The different styles fit a little differently. I would suggest going to Lady Foot Locker and trying them on before buying. They have sales, or go online after you know your size. I bought my favorite pair from QVC for $29.99 on a today's special value.

I ordered a pair of Freddy's and when I got them realized they just didn't do it for me. Not enough ankle support was the main thing. Also, my foot slid around inside. Maybe they were too wide or something but I wasn't going to keep paying shipping to try on different sizes so I returned them for a credit. -joy
