Those doing Cathe's June Rotation How is it going?

I was a little afraid of going back to Meso 1. :eek: Turns out I kicked Disk #1 $@% this morning. :D Okay, it wasn't a cake walk, but I did much better the second time around.

I went heavier on some exercises (the ones from Meso 3 that I recalculated my 1RM on) AND I completed every single rep. Last time I came up short on 5 different exercises.

My biggest strength gains appear to be in my shoulders and chest (so far)... ;)

Tomorrow I will be humbled right back in my place by Disk 3 (legs) :eek:

How about everyone else?
 
I did disc 1 yesterday and I am VERY sore today. I usually don't get sore til 2 days after a workout so it's working again. I know it's those darm pushups. I couldn't get all the pushups done even in a modified position. Everything else went great.

As for leg day today.....I cleaned my bathrooms and put off the workout. Does that tell you something? I'm skeered, haha!
