I was a little afraid of going back to Meso 1. Turns out I kicked Disk #1 $@% this morning. Okay, it wasn't a cake walk, but I did much better the second time around.
I went heavier on some exercises (the ones from Meso 3 that I recalculated my 1RM on) AND I completed every single rep. Last time I came up short on 5 different exercises.
My biggest strength gains appear to be in my shoulders and chest (so far)...
Tomorrow I will be humbled right back in my place by Disk 3 (legs)
How about everyone else?
