Hi all, I am going to try rock bottom. I love Cathe step workouts. I tape them off of fittv. I won't be able to do this rotation in its entirety because I do not own any videos. With that said I will have to modify with what is on the tv schedule. I will also have to start slow but I am willing to try.
I have one question though, what is an alternative exercise to the leg press? I hate the leg press. My heart rate goes sky high and I am so winded.
