This may be a dumb question....

Okay this might be a dumb question, but I was trying to decide between CTX Step and Intervals or Step Blast. I already have the Timesaver so I have the warmup and first three combos of Step Blast. But I'm missing the blast part. :eek: What I have of it though is sooo much fun. All the posts I have read so far everyone else seems to love this one too. :) So, which would you say to get? Step & Intervals seems great for a quick but intense workout. But what I have of Step Blast is just incredibly fun. Would I be pretty much getting the same thing if I get Step Blast? Please let me know what any of your opinions are. It would help so much. Thanks in advance.

Although I love CTX Step and Intervals-it's one of my most favorite workouts, I recommend Step Blast because you'll have the entire workout for those days when you want a longer one and with the Workout Blender, you can design a shorter workout but with the option of using the blasts and increasing your intensity!

Thanks for answering my question, I ended up going with Step Blast. I figured I can always get Step and Intervals later on. It does help to think I'll be getting a longer workout now w/ Step Blast too. Thanks again for your help!!:)
 
Just to let you know I love step blast. I keep doing that one over and over thinking I need to do something else:7 I guess this should be in past tense as I just had surgury on my leg and cannot do cardio right now. I will be badgering the doctor though. I go in Thursday.
