<---tells ZT27 that they are soft cookies. To be specific, they have a delightfully crisp outer surface and soft center. <---says it's hard to explain, but it's not a HARD crisp--just a light crispiness on the very outside of the cookie.

ETA <---says these cookies make great gifts. They always have some yummy seasonal cookie--there are 3 or 4 cookies that they rotate seasonally, and their cut outs are a big hit with kids and adults.
