Thinking of skipping M3 and starting back doing M1

I started Meso 3 Sunday with squat rack legs disc 37. I tweaked my shoulder picking up a weight so I haven't done any upper body work yet. I gained back a few pounds during Meso 2 because my diet sucked big time. I got great results and lots of awesome comments with Meso 1 so I thought I'd rest my shoulder this week and only do cardio and then next Sunday start back with Meso 1 providing my shoulder feels OK. What do you guys think? Would it be OK to skip Meso 3 and start the 3 1/2 month rotation over?
 
this sounds like it would be fine. though really pay attention to your shoulder when you get back to your weight workouts. the last thing you want to do is injure it more.
