I just previewed Legs & Glutes...Supersets and Push & Pull...some of Timesaver and a bit of KPC. I'm sitting infront of the tv on the carpet wondering where to even begin with these things!!! The Premixes alone are ... A LOT! 'm going ...OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH. I feel pretty annoyed with myself because I just got back from a run only to find out the DVDs arrived and am too tired to do any. That Kick Punch looks NICE! Did you see those inverted shoulder pressess???
I really like seeing Cathe do deadlifts with a real heavy barbell...don't know why but it looks sooo cool. Anyway...must pick one for tomorrow!!! Which strength series shall I break in first???

I would start with Push Pull. I love the opposing muscles training concept. Then I would do KPC.

Enjoy them, they are truly fabulous!

I just got them myself. I'm at work and can't see them until my 5 yr old goes to bed... I have to wait even longer.

So far I've done KPC and that was quite a pleasant surprise...very different from CK! Tonight Tried LG standing work only and it was just RIIIGHT. :D I didn't try explosive lunges or curtsy lunges though. But I liked the side leg lifts and the Quad extensions too.
I think I just scored the flu though...so no cardio till it's gone.:(
 
So today I tried PP 2 sets upper body! I like the 2-2 count and the tricep dips. Definitely a nice change. Then I picked at SS and did the tricep ball see saw thing which was cool to look at and the biceps preacher curls...the wood chop ( think my form is off on that one ) and the pull overs...tried the abs section of SS, and SB...then ofcourse I wanted to learn that peg leg move and tried prancing around without the step...got to the turns and ofcourse pulled out the 4 inch step because try learning turns without one...:eek: realized I won't get it right until I figure out how to do that fast tap hop left right thing because it sets up where you start turns...:( but I GOT THE PEG LEG!!! Which was what I was interested in in the 1st place. Can't wait for the flu to go away so I can learn this!!! As I sit here coughing my lungs out.:p But who can resist Cathe when she starts ricocheting around? I am really fond of flying angels ... or anything similar to them! So far the winners are L&G and Super Sets for weight work. But there's so many premixes I'm in awe!:9 I LOVE YOU CATHE!!! How can anyone not love these DVDs? Considering what else is out there with chapters like :"PLAY WORKOUT".
