<--- just had a big long reply typed up and deleted it by accident
<--- is very competent and totally understands why they want to give <--- more duties

<--- will tell you in non <--- speak
The boss lady thinks that my talents and skills are being wasted doing what I'm doing (which, to be honest, isn't much of anything). So, she wants me to work out a schedule to split my time between our head office, where I am now, and the Sales Office at our new project. My new title will be Senior Administrator. My duties at the Sales Office will be everything from greeting prospective buyers, showing the model suite, helping to write up deals, dealing with the legals and money, etc. etc. I figure I will split my time working mornings here and afternoons at the Sales Office. I made it clear to her that I'm not flexible on Sophie weeks, but can be available for special occasions (like our grand opening in September). She hinted that if things go well, when they start the second building, they may hire a junior person to work here at head office and I would run the Sales Office.
<--- has not been enjoying her job for quite some time now and thinks this will make it MUCH better
<--- is hoping there will be a bit of extra money in it but isn't sure at this point
<--- will stop talking about herself now
