For major DOMS, there's just no comparison to PUB! I haven't done this one in a long time, and pulled it out yesterday. Now I remember why I liked it so much. Super effective!
 
This is one of my favorite upper body workouts. In fact, I'm doing it tonight. I always get DOMS, especially in my biceps!
 
I just did this one two days ago -- and I'm struggling to get my arms up here on my desk to type!! he he!! Loved every minute of it!!
