Hi everyone!
I believe there is a such thing as a perfect workout! I just had one! I did the following Cathe segments for a ~50 min workout:
IntervalMax Warmup: (15 min.)
StepMax 2nd section (10 min.)
StepWorks 3rd section and cooldown. (20 min.)
It was perfect due to 1) long warmup with great music 2) favorite moves were included 3) fantastic music and 4) nice cooldown with a wonderful overall stretch!
Who else believes in a perfect workout??
