Hello all,

I just did the Viper workout on the Terminator CD and must say that the 1 hour 19 minutes went by so quickly. I loved it.

After doing the plie jacks and attempting to do the shoulder work, my leg with twitching so bad. All I could do was laugh. If I had access to my DVDs right now, I would probably do it again. (I know, I know...) :p

Well, I will definitely keep this workout in mind for when I want some serious circuit training.

Which of the Terminator workouts to you enjoy?

Isn't the Viper a great workout? I actually toyed between that and Circuit Max today and ended up doing Circuit Max as it's been a while. I agree with you though, the time just flies! I love all three of the workouts on the Terminator DVD. When I want more cardio I do IMAX Xtreme and often have trouble deciding between The Gauntlet and Viper. I like the way all of them are put together!
 
Actually, the Viper is the one I use/like the least because of its long upper body segments which allow my heart rate to come down. Gauntlet is great, with just short breathers, and Imax Extreme is one of my favorite long cardios.
 
Hi Tamikka,
Just checked out your site. You look great! What an inspiration for me. I have 43 lbs to go and sometimes it seems like such a huge amount--I feel overwhelmed and like I will never reach my goal. People like you show me it can be done with perserverance.
