Sleep is divine! I can lose chunks of fat it seems if I sleep extra long on the weekends. Makes me feel guilty, but there's nothing like it.
What do you feel guilty about?
Staying in bed when everyone is up and about. Makes me feel like a slug and missing out (especially if its sunny). But its one of the things I love about the weekend, especially in the winter.
I've noticed that too. The more sleep I get, the less I weigh, although I don't know if that means I'm losing fat. What do you feel guilty about?
I loooove to sleep. Unfortunately I am a night person so getting to bed early is tough. Ideally, if I could go to bed at midnight and wake up about 10:30 I'd be fantabulous but the world doesn't work that way.
