the only way to get free shipping is if you order the items that qualify for free shipping...they way I understand it the steps/risers DON"T qualify, but most everything else does...I saw this infor on the ordering page...they explain it pretty well...my guess is the step/risers ship from somewhere else and thats why we have to pay shipping on those items.
Can't wait to get my stuff!!!
