The toned Cathe

What I want to know is how after 2 kids, she doesn't have wrinkly skin on her lower abs. I'm so stinkin' jealous! I didn't get stretch marks, but I've got a little extra skin.

I have the loose, flimsy skin too. Thanks to my two babies that each had me hitting 160 pounds!

I am quite certain that when Cathe recorded the Basic Step workouts and HSTA (the 3 videos after Body Blast but before Hardcore) that she wasn't AS tight as she usually is because she was off for a while and recovering from an injury...I think to her elbow.

I was already pretty impressed by Cathe's physique in the PS series. There is a camera angle wher she lays down on the step and her abs and hip bones (?) look really good. I also found her physique really inspiring in Pour Hour.

Try doing a search by author and typing in WD. Then you can click on her name to see who she is. Not sure of any other way.

Wow. Now thank you. Never knew you could find stuff out like that on here. Now that I found the picture, I had to go back and see, why I am I looking at this women. LOL. I see, yes in deed this person, WD Diane Sue looks great at her the stage she is in now. I guess I best push more but I hate pain.

In terms of veins showing, some people are more prone to superficial veins. others are just under that deep tissue. I do phlebotomy and I know, even toned women's veins my not come through. That is a gentic, or hereditary thing there.

Cathe is always toned, even when she looks "soft". I do think she's more muscular now than ever. Her waist looks different after 2 kids, but hey, so does mine, and I've only been through a full pregnancy and childbirth once. I have stretch marks and loose skin on my tummy, although the musculature underneath is pretty hard and tight. Cathe's abs, however, are to die for. At any age, I think. I have one of the first videos that SNM ever made, the Home Step Workout, and Cathe was quite skinny there. She was using only 3-pounders, I think. She's come a long way, and that's why I keep coming back.:)

I also recall her saying that it was TTOM at that time, and she held on to some water weight.

I think the word I would describe Cathe's look now is "cut" because she's always appeared toned to me.
