The red message screen came back!

Yep, I did all that. It was fine.....but when I actually went in to do the workout, and scarecrows came on, there it was. It's like it's possessed or something. anyway, I'm tired
of fooling with it and I just deleted that chapter. If I want to do them, I'll do them on the dvd.

Aqua, I have the same problem at the end of double arm scare crows. If I use the Cathe.com workout blender then I do not see the red screen (with ?chinese writing). If I cast the same workout blender workout from my phone to my sony TV then I see the very odd red screen right at the end of double arm scarecrows right before the chapter changes.

Hi Fitnation, the reason you see this is the Scarecrow video file can be cached on a device of yours (clearing your browser's cache should solve this. I would also suggest you power off and turn your device back on and force close the Cathe OnDemand if you're using the app and reboot your router) or it can be cached on one of our cloud content servers ( you can't clear this). If the file is cached on one of our content servers you just have to wait for the content server to update the file with the newer version that is on our main server.

The only file on our server is the correct file. The old file was deleted and replaced several days ago. Only the "Ghost" of the file still remains and is cached somewhere along the line. But again, I would suggest you reboot your router and make sure to clear your browser's cache on your phone. If you're using our app make sure to force close it and then lastly power off and restart your phone.

Regardless, the old cached file will eventually die on its own after a certain amount of time passes and will then automatically request the new corrected file from our server.

Thank you. I will implement your suggestions.
