I love what the pyramids have done to my body. However, how do you put together a good rotation without over training with this tape? Is there another video that comes close? I am afraid of losing what I have gained. I am getting married in April of '05 and wearing a strapless gown and I want my back and shoulders to be in great shape. I have to admit I like the upper body tape more than the lower body. I don't go as heavy with the lower body tape.
