The next Cathe?!

Too funny...I'm sitting here eating my lunch when I hear my almost 5 year old saying, "Up, scissor, scissor, up!" I look over and she's trying to do "terminators"!! I've been on a BC rotation for a few weeks and it looks like Cathe has been rubbing off on her too. Maybe a fitness career is in her future? At least I know I'm doing something right by having my girls with me in the basement while I workout-despite the interruptions! They're learning fitness from the BEST!

There was someone who posted a while back that her little boy (I think he was 3) set up all his Resuce Heroes behind him and he was teaching the class as if he were Cathe.

Too Cute!

My daughter loves to "teach" step aerobics. It's perfect for the little princess--she gets to hop around and tell people what to do. The first time I heard her, she was in her bedroom with my Firm box jumping all over and giving directions.

Maybe we should start a Jr. Cathe Fan Club?
