When the weather is nice, I usually let my 3 cats out in my fenced in back yard, which they love. They're really good about staying in the yard, and typically come in when I call them.
Well last night when I called them, only one cat came in. So I went out and tried to pick up my gray cat, and he took off. Then I tried to get the fat cat and same thing! So I left the back door open for a bit, hoping they would come in by themselves.
Around 11, I really needed to get to bed, and they still didn't want to come in, so I went out again with a flashlight to get them (they've never been left outside overnight). Well my gray cat takes off OVER my neighbor's fence!! Then the fat cat climbs up a tree!! They've never acted like this before!
So finally I just went to bed, but left my bedroom window open so I could hear them meowing. Woke up this morning, called the cats, and they came right in! I looked at the weather from last night, and looky here-a new moon
I wonder if that's what made the cats go crazy?!!
