Sorry Guys!!! the day got away from me yesterday and I never got back....My daughter like it...I did not taste it since I gave up all sweets for Lent but it sure smell good.

DD said good in a pinch when you are looking for something sweet....to me that spell DANGER!!!!

Well, I am so glad that so many of you tried it out and it was a winner. Alas, I gave up sweets in January and haven't tried it. I will enjoy it through you. LOL!

Okay, okay, I thought of another modification to make the cake less sinful; substitute 3 TBSP of ground flax seeds for 1 TBSP of the oil. I do this with my pancakes and they come out great every time!!
