The Intensity Series DVD's RULE!

If you are even considering switching to DVD's...DO IT! I have to say that it has made an ENORMOUS difference in my workouts. I'm currently 5 months pregnant with a 16 month old son at home and have to get very creative with my exercise schedule.

Last night I did Interval Max #2 1-5 (with modifications, of course) and had a little extra energy at the end before the stretch so I threw in the ten minute upper body section of Boot Camp. Awesome! On Saturday, I did Pyramid Lower Body (UP only) and the time saver step of Cardio and Weights. Perfection!

Some exercises are feeling a little ackward now and with the DVD's, I can skip right over them or just tack on a different section.

I was hesitant to move into the new DVD age but I must say it's made such a huge difference to me and I just wanted to share.

I agree letswork. The Intensity series were the first DVD's I bought. I loved them so much that I have bought almost all of Cathe's DVD's. Being able to make your own workout with such convienence, is a whole new world of fun!:7

I love being able to split Imax2 and tacking on the Time Saver Cardio of C&W. I like being able to do Pyramid UP only or the full Pyramid or say...5 sets of leg pressess and dead lifts and just 3 for everything else. I like being able to use the Pyramid Premix when I'm short on time too. I am really excited to see how her new stuff is going to be!
