The Improvement Report

In the last 6 months:
-Went from running 0 miles to 16 miles per week(4 miles per workout), try to do more per week but my knees say "No way!"
-Increased bench press by 20# to 85# (6-8 reps)
-Can finally do big-girl pushups in sets of 15!

Future goals;working to improve:
-Pullups
-Ball Pikes
-Run 10K
 
My running has improved the most. I now know that I can do 7 miles running in a little under a 10 minute mile. My core strength would be the next most improved.
 
I was sidelined for six months last year due to a medical complication. Started back with cardio/leg work in January.

I am back running now and it feels wonderful! :D :D :D
 
I can make it all the way through Imax 3 on my feet instead of ending up in my usual fetal position on the floor screaming bad words and begging for mercy:)

I love the section in Low Max with the high kicks around the world, and the music is great, too. What have I improved in? I am better at complex choreograph, and I have improved my cardio endurance. I can go for an hour to an hour and a half or more for cardio.
