ugh i love this woman at work she is a ball of sunshine most days and funny but feels the need to comment on what i "need" to do to lose weight. i know my diet needs a bit of work, its getting there but i refused to go on endless hours of cardio a week like she suggested. i say its not my goal, but her claim "if i were you i would worry about getting rid of fat". sheesh i am not huge or anything i look healthy i am getting pretty strong with my weight training and kettlbells cardio is just something i do so i don't leave it out b/c hey its good for you but not over an hour a day IMO. some ppl it works for them but doesn't work for me! mixing it up but mostly strength is me.
i just need to vent why do ppl think they know it all i really really hate that and to say anything or argue with them is like banging your head against a brick wall. even going as far as insulting the trainers at my gym "well a good trainer would tell you this or that" shoot these trainers have DEGREES from college let alone their certification! i wish i could make a billboard that pretty much states "unless you have a degree then don't comment on what ppl need to do fitness wise". i don't do it to anybody else, even if they ask i am vague with advice b/c i am not a professional. i hope to be one day but until then let all that be up to pros who are trained in it.
i feel good about myself most days and this week has been rough with fatigue and stress so i guess i look bloated but it wasn't bothering me. ppl just have to open their mouths at the wrong time,dont' they think ppl will be offended.
