My second box just BROKE! UGH! The cheap plastic clips that hold the leg in place in the 14" position snapped off. I got this replacement box in September. If I ordered the whole BSS3 series don't you think it should last me a lifetime instead of 5 months? Ditto onthe "crap" that GT is mass marketing.

I agree with Christi. You get out of a workout what you put into it. Grant it the Firms cardio isn't as intense, but I get a thorough strength workout from the Firm when I heavy up. I also find the Firm to be easier on my joints. I do agree with the others about the stupid equipment you have to buy now with tbe BS series. I have BSS2 and BSS3, but I refused to buy the sculpting stick, Firm box or Fanny lifter. I sub my high step, club step and barbell and get a great workout anyway.
