Hi. I recently purchased FIRM's Super Cardio and Super Sculpt. I previously owned about 10 of their older tapes and got rid of them all b/c basically they got on my nerves in many ways. However I was told these two tapes were a bit different from traditional FIRM videos. I just previewed them and I must say, they look pretty good. My question is for someone like myself who pretty much does Cathe videos for strength using an average of 8-15 lb dumbells what weight would be a reasonable one to start with??

I haven't done SS in a while but as I recall it moves along at a pretty fast clip. I would consider going a bit lighter than with Cathe, at least the first time (or two) out, then you can get a better gauge of what weight you can use. You may be find that at some point the 8-15 pound range works fine. Good luck and enjoy.:)
