The day after T-Day

After all the food, what workout are you ladies doing the day after turkey day? I plan to do CC#4 to burn off some major cals!
 
I prob won't get a workout in tomorrow. It's Christmas tree day. It pretty much takes all day to go get, then decorate the tree. After, its out for dinner, then finishing up the inside of the house. After all that, I'm pooped. Plus, all the decorations are stored downstairs, and the boxes are normally piled up in my workout area while we decorate, and don't always get put away til the next day. After all that, DH and I plop on the couch for some Bailey's and a snuggle by the tree lights:):):)

Body Max is on my rotation and I figure a 90 minute workout is a good idea. I wish Cathe would do a Body Max 3...
 
For me, instead of trying to cancel out the effects of overeating, this year I decided to be prepared before the big day :)

This morning I did heavy legs and back.. had 20 extra mins before the gym closed so I threw in some flyes, shrugs and ab's and had near-puke status lol.

That will warrant my high carbs the rest of the day so I probably won't gain anything (hopefully)- I even went ahead and took a thermogenic (why not can't hurt right?)

Tomorrow Ill probably take another one and do shoulders or something, maybe even take the day off, depends on how I feel.

Today was IMAX2, so I went ahead and had two desserts!:p

Tomorrow I am doing 4DS Chest, Shoulders, and Tris premix and some abs. I will be Black Friday shopping during my normal workout time, so I need a workout that is easy to do with a 3 year old running around the house!

thermogenic is a fat burner, usually containing caffine :)
 
DH and I are going to take Jimmy the wondermutt (in the avatar) for a long hike today. Then I'll take DD15 and get a tree (we'll put it up and decorate it tomorrow - I like to let it sit a day to drop needles if it wants). After that DD15 and I will go to see "Bolt". It'll be a fun day. Must avoid popcorn. :eek:
 
I just finished The Kettlebell Way volume 2, both the 40 minute work out and one round of the manmaker work out. WOO HOO! :D

I wogged it for two miles up hill. Both ways. Its easy to do when you have a little valley in the middle. Tomorrow its Low Max.
 
My husband had to work a little on thanksgiving day, so we have postponed our big meal for tomorrow.

I'm going to go running at the gym tonight once my kidlings are in bed.

Then tomorrow it's a no turning back obese feast. I think on Sunday I'm going to have to do 3 workouts just to compensate. :D :eek: :confused:
 
I wasn't going to workout today, but guilt set in. I ended up with a 30 min doggy walk and the floor part of MIC. Every time I do MIC, I remember why I don't do it often. Woosh!!! And that one is tough on the calves and feet, most workouts don't bug me, but that one does. I was pooped from Christmasing all day, and I figured I could get the most bang in the least amount of time with MIC.
