I haven't tried the Intensity Clip yet, I've watched Lower Body Blast and High Reps so far.

And OMG I am soooo excited! I like the music, everyone looks great, and everything looks FUN! Sorry for yelling, but Cathe you and the whole team LOOK GREAT!!!! Like you're working hard and having a great time, which is exactly what is motivating to me. WOOO!!!!!

:D just watched all the clips!! They all look great and so much fun and lots and lots of hard work of course. Love the back rounds and everythings so bright! cant wait to get them, another round to keep us going thank you!!!! :p
 
Ditto! Everything and everyone looks great and I too am so excited. It looks like it will be another outstanding Cathe product. BTW, is that a countdown clock I saw? I love those, thank you for putting it in!

Thank you so much for the clips! I was undecided between High Reps and STS Total Body (I can only afford one right now) and now I know I want to order High Reps on Thursday after I get paid! :D
 
Clips have me preparing!!!

:eek:WAHOOOO!!!!! I really got fired up watching the clips! I went ahead and ordered the tower, more risers, and the firewalker bands!!!! I am SO MOTIVATED and excited to embrace the challenges that will be arriving around Halloween! Look out world; I'm ready to kick some butt...well, one butt in particular (lol!)!!!!!:p
