Oh my word girls.

I took another preg test this AM and it is TRUE!

I AM PREGNANT!!!!!!
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!?!?!?!
I cannot.

I have a whole new reason to keep it clean!
 
Needless to say I am completely shocked, surprised, etc.
My chest is so tight and my heart is pounding so freaking hard.
This was definetly unplanned.

I am excited, scared, nervous.

I am quitting my job. There is no way I can keep the role I have running this business with Mike. We'll look into hiring someone soon. I want to enjoy this pregnancy and enjoy my last months just me and my girls.

They are going to be so excited!!! I can't wait to tell them. Somehow I'll have to wait until tonight when Mike gets home from work so he can be here too.

I always thought Katie or Steph would be the ones on our check-in to get preg first! Come on girls - join me!!!!

I'll be due on Oct. 10 according to the paper insert on the Preg test.

I WONT BE ABLE TO DO STS WHEN ITS RELEASED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAH!
Funny, that was one of my first thoughts. tee hee. Mike snickered at me.

Well, I'll let that be enough preg ramblings (for now).

But... HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!? I know *how* it happened, but this is a dream come true and a nightmare all at once. I am such a type-a, control-freak planner and I did NOT plan this. This is so hard for me to wrap my head around.

Workout - Well, I am WIDE AWAKE so I might run downstairs and do LB from MM. TOnight I'm doing 4DS BC and DM cardios, per Shirl! Shirl, I'm gonna need your help figuring out which w/os to do. Mike is already "you have to give up Cathe". No way man!!!! I'll be Imaxing on the way to do the delivery room, baby! (just kidding. kind of.)

Katie,I have this really woerd feeling its a boy too.
We would've concieved on Day 16. That is not even logical to me. It HAS to be a boy.
 
Kate, I texted you!! Can you get texts? You can call me if you want -- didn't want to interrupt anything in your house...

Rest day for me -- I worked out yesterday so that I could rest today. I have to do some fasting blood work this morning around 10 am, so I am up sipping my coffee but I can't have any more or eat anything until after the blood work.

I need to bake muffins and maybe do a 30 minute stretch before work.

Food will be weird today, because I can't eat anything until about 10:30 am.

Brunch: two banana nut muffins
Lunch: sandwich, apple slices
Snack: banana, Fiber One bar
Dinner: cereal

I have to go back to work tonight to drug screen a class, so I won't get home til about 7pm. I don't like to eat that late, so I think I am going to just eat cereal.
 
Katie, Sorry about the blood work! Hope you have a good stretch. Banana nut muffins sound WONDERFUL! Mike won't let me put any nuts in "community food" - he hates them. I'm nearly addicted to them. Jessjugs posted a recipe for "cake" that uses steel cut oats. I hope I get a chance to make it today. You are gonna be STARVIN'! When Mike had a colonoscopy last year I was going to go thru the prep work with him to support it because he was totally dreading it but I just couldn't go without eating for that long! ha! Hope your class goes well tonight.

Mike had to leave for work so I didn't want to go in the basement to lift so I did Cl.Stretch up here. I definetly get more out of it in the afternoon when I'm a bit looser.:)

Need to go start guzzling my water.

I don't feel well, still wonder if I am coming down with whatever Collin had. Maybe I should check my temp.... Either way, I HAVE to go to work today -- unless I am puking.

Kate, too bad you will have to wait to do STS but on the bright side, what a way to whip you into shape after a new baby!!

I'm just so excited for you I can't hardly stand it!!
 
Katie, I though about that too about STS - it will be my prize for delivering a healthy baby!

I will definetly be preordering anything Cathe puts out though!
I can't be left out of EVERYTHING!

It is still snowing and most everything is closed. My DS and I are supposed to go the college for the second half of his appt. Not sure if I want to venture out in this. Maybe they'll reschedule. The study is called Antecedents of Cardiovascular Reactivity.

Time to workout - upper body+ and abs/core+.

Do you mind if I come back? My eating as been off track and I need somewhere to be accountable!

First I want to say CONGRATS to Katie! Woo Hoo! I hope you don't get sick! Im not sure if we will have anymore but when I hear all the excitment I get kind of jealous;)

Todays eating should look like this:

B-Steel cut oats,1/2 banana
L-Chicken wrap and low fat yogurt
S-All bran bites and low fat yogurt
D-Probably chicken,sweet potatoe and loads of carrots/fruit for dessert!

My workout is gonna be BM2 and a full body weight workout!

Oh Kate,

If you want to do lower body today - why don't you do the Cardio leg blast premix from DrillMax; it's just under an hour. If you want more cardio you can add the 4DS BC cardio minus w/u and do the cool down/stretch in place of the DM cd/stretch.

Of course you can join us Lori! Tough workout - do you do the entire BM2 and a total body weight workout or a BM2 cardio premix? Either way - tough.

I so want to preorder STS; it is looking better and better. I love to lift heavy like that and now I'd have training partners with me in my basement. ;)

I better stop procrastinating and workout!

Shirl, I think I will do that DM Leg Blast later today. I hope I can keep up with working out in the next few months. Hope you get to stay in today. A lot of schools around us are closed because of how COLD it is. (-17!)

Well, work today. Yesterday my eating was on track, and so it should be after the Saturday night gooey nightmare from hell.

Today, workout will be KCM stepbox/KM blast and core, need to burn.

Menu:

s: quark and almonds
l: organic corn chowder, celery, hummus, apple
s: ryveta and nat PB
d: 2 slices ezekial, big salad, egg whites (pepper, dill, garlic, onion), strawberries

My weight is up 3# because of all my bad-carbs.
