The Chinup/Yoga Checkin 10-21

Hi everyone.

I did not eat donuts yesterday; please don't beat me with Catherine's whip. After the appts we ate dinner out and the boys ate so much they didn't want to go for donuts. They're just weird. Who in their right mind is too full for donuts?

I'll be doing some cardio today if my tummy stops being mean to me.

HB thanks for mentioning the inverted rows again. I forget about those. I'm going to start back doing them and hopefully they won't aggravate my neck. If they don't, I'm going back to chin negatives.

Keep up the good work ladies...chinning, yoging, pilating, eating...whatever you're doing these days.:7

I just came up from doing KM w/u and Combo #4 and Hilo challenge and then SJP Hilo all cardiosection (19 minute one). I then did heavy legs...I feel good!!

Catherine...want to do an ab workout with me tonight? Which one do you want to do. I'm neglecting abs lately. (Abskipper?- I'd personally rather do Cathe's core #1 - but it's your call):7
