I want to go for a walk after work but its 87 degrees with 61% humidity and my fingers are already swollen and then I need to do Burn Circuit 2 and some abs.

Yes and next week I am going to add Insanity with it.
 
Hey girls quick HI before I drive DS(15) tohis Life guard training class.

Tjis morning I did CC Vol 4 only challenges 1 & 2 and the steady states. I ran out of time.

I did bring back the shoes and bought some Oacsis(?) running shoe. I have to say this morning only one toe went numb. I did pedal backwards during the rest times. I think that helped.
We bought a Lifefitness elliptical. I really love it except for the numbness.
I've read that a lot of people with this problem is usually with a Lifefitness because of the flat deck. DH said he could put a piece of wood to raise the incline some. Hmmmmmm...may try that next.

The shoulder is still hurting but getting better. I probably won't do any upper body work for the whole month of June.:(:(:(:(

This morning I am going to do CLX Burn it Off an then tonite I will do Burn Circuit 3. We are headed to a 50th anniversary open house today, and its raining so all my dress plans have changed.

My sister called and wants to know if i can babysit my niece tonight through tomorrow evening.....:confused: Thats an awful long time to have a 2 yr old:confused::confused:. I'm going to let her know. Im hoping to get my mom over here to spend the night with us so there are two adults;)

Today's workout is Step Blast...im kinda excited about this one because its the first time in I don't know when i will be doing it without commercial breaks:p!!

Roxie-Nice job on your workout last night, have a good one today. How was the 50th anniversary dinner last night?

Elaine-I need to get some new shoes. Right now i have Avia shoes and there making my big toe joint kinda hurt, definitely not the quality of an Asics shoe. Sending healing vibes to your shoulder, i hope it feels better soon.

35mins of step blast done! Im so glad tomorrow is a rest day..i need one.

OH, i found these new bagels by Thomas Bagels, there pretty good. Only 110 calories. There called Thin Bagels,i got the Everything flavor. 5g protein,5g fiber, 24 carbs....pretty darn tasty in the toaster.

No workout for me today...im taking a rest day:D I got in some good workouts this week..pretty proud of it. Still following that FF rotation...really liking it. No weight loss though but im still @ the same weight I was on my last WI AND its TOM for me so maybe I am down a lb. Im not too worried about it...results will come if i keep going like I have been:)

I am going to do CLX Recharge which is yoga. This week I need to add in more abs and start Insanity, went and bought sports bras to wear under my other bras for extra support.

Amelia-enjoy your rest day and since you weighed in PUT THE SCALE AWAY.
