Good Morning,

I didn't do a workout today laid out in for and hour this morning but the sun never didn't ever come out. Then the kids came over and we had a bbq and played games.

Hey girls, checking in with a workout. Did about 35mins of Rhythmic Step, boy that workout is definitely advanced:confused: I got through the second combo and called it quits. Burned 287. Then did some Rodney Yee yoga(Power Yoga:Strength) im pooped. Im sure my energy will kick in here shortly...

My kids went to my moms yesterday night and DH was at work. It felt strange being here by myself. My imagination went wild...kept hearing noises:confused: Of course my little chiuahua kept looking at me like I was crazy like "what? i don't hear nothing?" LOL

So I sent a complaint to the Insurance Commissioner this morning. Im hoping to get a reply back tomorrow or Tuesday. Ive left three messages and an email to my home owners insurance company over the period of three weeks without a reply. How am i suppose to send in all my information if i have unanswered questions about the paper work? Think its time to find another insurance company;) But first im raising hell,LOL:p

Roxie-Sounds like you had fun yesterday, bbq & playing games....glad to hear of it! Have a good day today...maybe the sun will appear for you

Amelia-the sun definetly came out for me today went fishing with the kids of course I don't fish so I laid out and I am fried clothes are going to hurt tomarrow even sunburned my face. Spent the day with the kids again today bbq and played washers.
 
Amelia, sorry you are still dealing with the hassles of insurance. Hope you get it resolved soon.

Roxie, sounds like you had a fun weekend. Hope the sunburn isn't too bad.

I don't think I posted yesterday's workout. It was a walk/jog outside. It was kind of warm when I started my jog and I jsut wasn't getting into it. So I used the Gym Boss timer and turned my jog into interval training. I did tabata, 30/30 60/60 trying to sprint and then walk for the recovery period. Turned into a nice workout even if it started out bad.

Didn't do anything today. Although I did get a compliment. I stopped in at the gym to see if they had some meal replacement powder. The guy behind the counter asks if I'm a member and I say yes, but I don't come in very often. He asks why and I say because I work out at home. He says I could tell you were doing something because you are still toned" WooHoo for Cathe!!!

Now it off to bed or I won't have time to get up early for a workout.
