Hey girls

I finished my workout, did maximum intesity strenght. LOVE that workout. I burned 372 in the cal department.

Ive got my Niece coming over soon so ive got to get supper in the crockpot(bbq chicken,yum) and do some cleaning

I will bbl if my niece lets me:eek:
 
Good Morning,

Due to circumstances beyond my control I didn't get last nites workout done so since DH leaves again this afternoon I will do 4ds lower body and Imax 3 step only tonite just don't know which one I want to do first probably step to warm up the muscles.
 
I was very tired this morning. I worked last night so no WO this morning. But I managed to get it in after I went grocery shopping.I did 4 DS bis/tris and then I did the bonus leg work from STS disc 3. It is sort of like KM leg work at the end. I also went for a two mile hill walk with the pup.

Gotta go, the bus is coming.
 
Great job everyone on getting your workouts in even around hectic schedules. Today was STS legs. I wanted to cut out the last set because I was so tired, but I decided to just take a longer break and then did the last set. Yea!!! Of course I won't be so happy tomorrow when th edoms set in. I also had a chance to use my new dumbbells. I bought a set of 25 this weekend. Those suckers are heavy. Jsut carrying them upstairs was a workout, LOL.

Im not sure what to do today...im suppose to do cardio and abbs, but i have to decide whether or not i want to do that 5k tomorrow. Its right down the street. I will have to do it by myself since dh has been working 12hr shifts this week and i doubt he would want to wake up early tomorrow and deal with the kids...

Well I have hit a workout wall I didn't get one in last nite either came home from work with a migraine and my knee is giving me fits again, then DH wanted me to spend time with him before he left town again. Today is MILs b-day and DHs sisters want to take her out for supper tonite and since he can't go I was invited (oh yeah)!, so I won't get one in tonite unless I do it when I get home SJP step only is on plan and it is only 26 mins so maybe I can make that one happen.

Amelia-if you are going to run tomarrow maybe you just need to stretch and relax today.
 
Today was back and biceps and then I did Ab circuits stability ball Abs. How in the world do they do those 1 legged pikes.

Roxie hope you get your workout in. I hate it when "life" interfers with our plans. hope the migraine is gone today.

Amelia have fun with the 5K tomorrow if you decide to run it. I signed up for 1 on the 26th and am thinking about doing another one on the 19th. The one on the 19th is called Run in the Dark. It is at night and I'm not sure how I would do since I usually only run first thing in the morning.

Sorry girls but I need to whine. I am having problems eating enough again and when I do its not good for me, I can't sleep, I don't really want to workout, and my knee hurts in general my life just sucks right now. Sorry for the whining but I know you guys know how I feel.


Jean-I say go for the nite run it is probably much cooler than the day run.

I decided to do Cardio X (p90x workout) it was short and sweet. Like 40mins and burned 308. Im tired now...my TOTM started this morning..so tomorrow might be a rest day. No race :(

Yeah...i was feeling fine before the workout but afterwards...:confused:. Its actually about 3days late, but no worries...i cant get preggo anymore;)(thankgoodness:D)

Im so bored,almost time to get the kids...yay

Oh,i just purchased MM..ive had it before but i had to sell it. I really missed that workout. Should get it towards the end of next week.
 
Morning girls..i decided to not do the race. TOM started yesterday morning and its really got me tuckered:( DH is home after not seeing himf or 5days...so im just not up to it.

But i do have GOOD NEWS....My WI was this morning:D Im down 4.2lbs since last sunday. Im sure its mostly water weight but im still so proud of myself, and the weightloss is so motivating. I wasn't really hungry this week either...and I thought i would be starving eating so little. I made sure i ate really healthy;)

Well,today is a rest day. And its my higher calorie day(i get one 2000 calorie day a week)...looking forward to that. Were suppose to take the kids to the zoo so i will be getting in alot of walking. Have a good day!

I have alot of workouts to try and make up today but I woke up with a new problem, when I was unpacking wheelchairs at work I pinched something in my neck and now I can't hardly turn my head or lift my shoulder to high suppose to do 4ds chest, triceps, and shoulders so I will just have to lighter in wt. I also plan on doing SJP step only and Imax 3 step only and then lower body.

Amelia-congrats on the wt loss and take it easy today and enjoy your time with dh.

Rotation calls for 40min UB workout...but i don't feel like lifting today:( yesterday's visit to the zoo really wiped me out:confused: I think i will do CCV4 on the treamill and do the weight WO tomorrow. Gotta do what makes you happy...right?;)

Thats why I am not following a particular rotation right now, I am enjoying the 30 min workouts. Glad you had fun at the zoo.
 
Hi everyone. Today is my rest day. Yesterday was 3+ miles jogging using CCv4. This week I actually worked out 6 days. i haven't done that in a long time.

Roxie, sorry about the pinch nerve. sinc eyou got most of your workouts in can I assume it is better?

Amerlia, congrats on the loss. I have heard that cycling your calories can be very effective. Loks like it is working for you.

I decided to stay with my rotation and do PUB...my UB is fried:confused: i added in some late pull downs using my band and the pull-up bar. It was a good wokrout. Now off to get some grociers...have a good day :)
