Sorry girls but I need to whine. I am having problems eating enough again and when I do its not good for me, I can't sleep, I don't really want to workout, and my knee hurts in general my life just sucks right now. Sorry for the whining but I know you guys know how I feel.

I decided to do Cardio X (p90x workout) it was short and sweet. Like 40mins and burned 308. Im tired now...my TOTM started this morning..so tomorrow might be a rest day. No race![]()
