Just getting us rolling for the week...i plan on doing a full body endurance workout today,probably PH.

Good Morning,

Today is suppose to be lower body but I have a headache and my back hurts so I will probably do cardio today just don't know what something easy. I think I am going to try and up my cardio this week by doing two workouts a day one in the morning and one at nite since DH is gone.

Happy Labor Day everyone. Hope you are not laboring though. Today was Disc 15 of STS. I have to work part of the day in my home office and then do stuff around the house, but at least it is kind of a lazy day.

I got my earlier workouts mixed up suppose to do 4ds Back and Bis if my tris will allow me to later. They are still sore from Saturdays workout. DH is playing golf today with SIL so I plan on cleaning house whenever I get moving.

Hey girls...morning

today i will attempt yoga x (from p90x) its about 1:30 long...last time i got through 45mins of it and i was working up a really good sweat!

This morning was about an hour jog/walk. Burned 544 calories which is a good thing because my eating this weekend was terrible.

HI Girls,

This morning I did 4DS chest/back then HIS cardio. I think I will continue with this roation for the rest of the week then maybe change it up a bit using the same WOs just a little differently. I burned 351 cals.

I am taking the pup to this new trail I've been eyeing for a bit. I'll try and get back later for personals.

Checking in late today I overslept this morning and I have been working on some billing all morning at work. Tonite is 4ds back and bis an core work an since DH is gone I might try to do some kind of cardio to.

Elaine-I would like to know what kind of a 4ds rotation you are doing?

Roxie I made up this rotation based on something I read about being pear shaped.

I am doining 4DS WOS with the weights first then the cardio. On the fifth day i do a floor leg work(ex: L&G floor or B&G floor) and abs plus some form of cardio. I've been keeping my cardio for about 30-40 min and the weight work 30-40min.
On the second week I've been using the GS series. in the same format as the 4DS. ex:

1.GS legs standing and then KB and some abs
2.GS chest and tris premix time saver and cardio only of DM
3.GS shoulders,abs, floor work from GS legs and a short cardio ( original BC cardio only)20-30min
4.GS back and bis premix time saver and a step cardio(step of SJP) for about 30-40min
5.A leg cardio WO. maybe like plyo legs or lowmax using an 8lb med ball for the blasts.

My workout is done, YogaX. I did about 47mins of it this time then watched the rest. It got easier shortly after i stopped. :rolleyes:

Elaine-How did you like the new trail? I can't wait until this weekend..we may go hiking agian..so much fun. Nice job on your workouts.

Amelia: I had fun on my walk thru the woods.
Funny, I followed the trail and still couldn't figure out how I was suppose to be able to loop around for a 3mile hike.:confused: No sense of direction.:eek:
I burned about 423cals. I had to keep stopping to press the darn button.:mad: My puppy was tuckered out!:D

Hi Jean and Andrea!

This morning I did 4DS abs,shoulders then LIS cardio. I just can't get my heart rate up with this WO. I get really bored with it. (the cardio not the weight work)

Well I am off to walk the pup for 2miles.
 
Good Morning,

Tonite is Imax 3 if I get back from the hairdressers in time. I should have got up this morning but just couldn't do it. I recieved my Kelly Coffey Meyer dvds in the mail yesterday so I can't wait to get started on those.

Elaine-I have gotten to the point where I have to add a set of risers to LIS to get my hr up.
 
Roxie: Yeah I already have one set of risers under my step. I injured my knee 3 years ago and I am very leary of 2 set of risers. Mind you I did not injur my knee doing step, but while giving my DS a bath.:confused:
 
Today was chest, shoulders and tris. I sure wish the Power Tower would get here soon. I'm to a point I can't go much heavier on chest work without a weight stand. Nice workouts everyone. Happy 09/09/09 to everyone!

I just finished my workout and shower. I did ccv5 then about 20 mins of stretchmax#2. I burned right at 500 cals total...70mins. Ive got to buy another mp3 player or ipod. during the last 5mins of my workout,the volume kept going down and i had to keep pushing it....ugh

Jean-I saw your post and i did a double take...i thought today was the tenth. Weekend has me all messed up. Nice job on your workout

Elaine-Maybe your body has gotten use to LIS? Great workout

Roxie-yay on the workouts! have fun with imax3 tonight!
