The cast is OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my cast off yesterday and the doctor said that I didn't need another one. I can resume activities just don't go overboard including light weights to help get full use of my elbow back. I have to work on rotating it, touching my shoulder and straightening the arm. I can already rotate it and I am working on straightening it, touching my shoulder is the hard one. I am not sure what workout I will do today but I am excited that I can workout with both arms. I still have to be really careful but the doctor said that the only way I could do damage again was to fall on it again.

Anyway I am excited, can't you tell??!!

Excellent news!!! As your fellow recent broken elbow pal, I'm sending lots of good "healing" karma your way. Keep up with the exercises the doc showed you and do them even if the pain is bad. It was awful for me, but I'm convinced that's why I had almost normal range of motion three weeks after I broke it. :) It won't be long until you too can do the macarena arms. suzanne
